Each student will develop a statement articulating a values-based brand built off strengths, goals, inspired values and what Coelho calls a “Personal Legend”. It will bring together the image you have of yourself – your self awareness, attidutes and values and the leader actions which give the influence power in making decisions. The statement will showcase each of these elements and key behaviors. The statement will also apply course learnings in a real-world settings that exemplify mindful approaches to resilience, agility and sustainability.

How Long Should It Be? I have attached several statements written by other individuals to help you.

The end results should be a statements that your can be personally proud to say this is how I am an “why” am a capable leader. for the 21st Century.
